My Story

Clarity Holistics was founded in 2011 in Cahir, Co Tipperary. At Clarity Holistics, the focus is on wellness and vitality, empowering you to help heal yourself from within.

My Story

My journey led me to Reiki shortly after my father passed away.  I completed Reiki 1 on March 10th 2002.  I felt excitement in the core of my being, a knowing that this was the way of the future, of my future.  The journey brought an understanding that we respond and heal ourselves through positive energy.  I continued by completing Levels 2 and 3 the Reiki Master over the next few years.

My first introduction to Aura Soma was after Reiki 2, using the Pomanders to protect my aura whilst performing a Reiki treatment.  I instantly loved the calmness they helped me to find and they quickly became a part of every morning for me.  A beautiful way to begin each new day. 

The Quintessences followed, bringing the energy of the Masters into my aura made me feel empowered!  The icing on the cake was my first Aura Soma Consultation. The consultation itself was a profound experience – I chose my 4 favourite bottles from a choice of 102, and listened as I heard my personality and challenges being described to me in a way that I finally understood, by a lady that I instantly loved.  But even more profound were the months that followed as I used the 4 bottles one by one on different parts of myself.  From the 1st bottle the changes that took place within me were so subtle and yet so immense at the same time, I was in awe of the Aura Soma system and I have never stopped being that way.  Every time I choose my ‘Chapter’ of 4 bottles and begin to use them, I discover another layer of myself in the most beautiful way, that I find it difficult to describe without sounding a bit dotty!! I am permanently in awe of these beautiful jewels and the gifts that they bring.  They have become an integral part of my life.
